| Promotions are intended as a bonus to loyal players, and to attract new end users to Omni Casino®. We encourage all to participate in our promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion which comes to the attention of Omni Casino® may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions.

| 1. Omni Casino® reserves the right to limit the number of times end users may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, email address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, Omni Casino® reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one participant. |
| 2. Omni Casino® may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of end users or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of end users to participate in promotions. |
| 3. Omni Casino® reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice to end users. However, Omni Casino® will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to end users of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination. Omni Casino®, CryptoLogic Inc., WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited shall not be liable for any damages relating to bonuses whatsoever arising, including but not limited to those arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the end user. |

| 4. Omni Casino®, CryptoLogic Inc., WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which Omni Casino®, CryptoLogic Inc., WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, Omni Casino®, CryptoLogic Inc., WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the promotion and required that all bonuses and winnings related to such abuse be reversed and/or forfeited. |
| 5. The maximum amount that Omni Casino® will credit in the form of a bonus or complimentary credit (i.e. a "COMP") to any household during any calendar month is set at $500, regardless of the number of accounts a customer may have opened. |
| 6. Using deposit or match bonuses in games other than those for which they are specifically intended is not permitted. Each deposit bonus will list the games for which it is intended. Further, the following games are ALWAYS prohibited from use in conjunction with deposit bonuses: |
- Roulette
- Baccarat
- Punto Banco
- Single Deck Blackjack
- Craps
- Wagers from SunPoker.com Room
Note: Wagering in any of those games will not count towards the bonus withdrawal or loyalty clearance requirements.
LOYALTY REWARDS, BLACKJACK BONUS, CASINO TEXAS HOLD'EM BONUS AND REFERRAL BONUS: For every $1 wagered in the following games, $0.50 will go towards the wagering requirements:

| 7. Players from Bulgaria, China, Latvia, Malaysia, Turkey, Ukraine, United States, US Minor Outlying Islands and the Virgin Islands(US) will NOT be allowed to claim any monthly promotional offers including referral bonuses due to unacceptable levels of promotion abuse from players in these regions. |
| 8. All monthly promotions will have a minimum wagering requirement associated with them (which may change from month to month). The minimum wagering requirement to cash-in promotional bonuses begins immediately after the free money has been credited to the player's real account, but not until such time. To be in compliance with a monthly promotion, players must either meet the minimum wagering requirement or lose 2 times the promotional amount during the month the player received the bonus. |
| 9. The minimum wagering requirement must be fulfilled no later than 90 days after the promotion has been credited to a players account. Failure to meet the minimum wagering requirement within 90 days will be cause for the promotional bonus to be forfeited by the player and for the casino to no longer allow future monthly promotions to be credited to said player's account. |
| 10. Accounts receiving bonuses that include wagering restrictions will be required to fulfill those wagering requirements before the original deposit (up to the matched amount), the bonus amount, or any dervied winnings are available for withdrawal. Withdrawal prior to meeting the wagering requirements is not permitted. |
| 11. If, while playing at our casino, you win a sum regarded by the casino management as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such a nature arranged by the casino. At all times, the casino will do its utmost to protect your privacy. |
| 12. While the casino protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use players' account numbers as well as their first names in any casino announcement about promotion results. |
| 13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the casino manager will be considered full and final. |
| 14. Employees, officers and directors of Omni Casino®, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons. |
| 15. If a player is deemed to be engaging in bonus abuse or using the bonus in games for which it is not eligible, Omni Casino® reserves the right to discontinue player's membership and to prevent the player from accessing the casino in the future. Any person deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified from any promotional offer and have all bonuses, and winnings derived therein, reversed and / or forfeited. |
| 16. Accounts that have already received a Welcome Bonus at SunPoker.com or Caribbean Sun Poker are not eligible to receive another Welcome Bonus when first depositing to play at Omni Casino®. |
